The process to manufacture our gourmet coffee is as passionate as our love for its taste. We start with the arduous hand-picking of only Arabica beans, grown on artisan farms in Puerto Rico’s central mountain range. We then make sure it goes through the right, carefully supervised roasting process. Next is the unforgettable flavor of our brew in your daily cups, and so the passion continues.

At Gustos Coffee Co. we only buy the finest Arabica coffee beans. Daniel Omar, together with Miguel “El Cano” Flores-Lopez, who has more than 55 years experience sniffing out and buying only the best coffee directly from local growers, take care of this end of our business. They make sure each batch is roasted to perfection.

After roasting, all our coffees are shipped next day, which ensures the freshest product possible. Our commitment is as ironclad as it is simple: Only the most amazing coffee reaches our clients.
