resides among  fertile volcanic soils produced by Atitlán, Fuego and Acatenango 
at an altitude between 1,050 – 1,600 meters above sea level.

The natural shade and vast jungle scapes of  Guatemala’s highlands are the perfect environment for cultivating rich coffee.

This Specialty lot  is certified organic and is shade grown under various natives trees including
Chalum, Gravilea and Inga , which are vital to diverse bird wildlife, helps maintain consistent temperatures and minimizes land erosion.

Selected coffee from Yauco, Puerto Rico and Guatemala El Pacayal are Medium roasted to peak flavor and blended for a harmonious smooth taste.
