Ketiara is a women-run cooperative encircled by the National Park of Gunung Leuser. This co-op of over 900+ grower members, proudly plant, process, and export 100% organic, specialty coffee. The province of Aceh has many complex, interior-mountainous regions, that  enables a unique microclimate, ideal for the growth and production of  natural, shade-grown coffee. Sumatra coffee is fascinating due to its diverse and complex flavor profiles and makes an even better companion when meticulously roasted and blended with Puerto Rico’s own, unique flavor profile.

Rich soils from the mountainous region of Yauco, Puerto Rico reward us with bold and beautiful aromatic flavors. Caribbean trade winds maintain the perfect climate on the mountain slopes, while local rivers and fruit crops provide added nutrients and character.
