Transaction Fulfillment Security
We are PCI compliant. All online orders are processed safely and secure through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security. (www.stripe.com) All credit card / debit card : VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER data entered through the checkout payment form is securely sent directly through Stripe‘s private encrypted servers. Doing this further protects your personal and private information.
From the Stripe Security Policy : ” Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.”
HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.
- Stripe.js is served only over TLS
- Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection
We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Encryption of sensitive data and communication
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.). ” – Stripe.com/security/stripe

Your information is safe with us and we don’t sell or distribute your personal financial information to third parties.
All orders are processed on a daily basis from Monday to Friday in the order we receive them ( *note Some holidays may affect processing time )
Local placed orders can expect to be shipped and delivered at your door within 1-2 business days through priority mail depending on your location. (Note (though not typical) due to Covid 19 there may be a slight delay)
Shipping & Handling Delivery Policy
Currently we ship and process all orders through the USPS Postal Service, using Priority Mail Shipping.
You should be receiving your package in about 2-4 business days depending on the mail carrier (though not typical, Covid-19 may pose a slight delay )
Usually our processing time is 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on carrier shipping schedules and our roasting schedules.
All shipping charges reflect current USPS prices and may change or be updated dependent on current USPS policies. *For Discounted and Included Shipping please check our Coffee Bundles Page for select items with Free Priority Mail Shipping service.
All orders are processed and sent through USPS with Priority Tracking, and as soon as your order ships, we send you the shipping tracking number and information. If you haven’t heard from us after 48hrs of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
We love to make you happy and if for any reason at all you are dissatisfied with your purchase or product please contact us directly here, to make things right. If we deem it plausible, on a case by case basis a full or partial refund may be given.
In terms of coffee , since it is a perishable product we can’t currently accept returns unless (in a case by case basis) we deem it our responsibility and authorize an exchange, credit or return at our discretion.
In the event a return/exchange is approved : Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. We are not able to accept returns at our cafe locations. Unless an exception is made.

Transactions are immediately charged / debited when placing your order and in most cases orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
