A theoretical and practical course in which you’ll learn all there is to know about those pour-over techniques for Chemex, French Press, V60, Syphon and Aeropress. Since practice makes perfect, you’ll be able to put your new acquired knowledge to the test, while experimenting with recipes and preparation variations that will allow you to have a better understanding of coffee brewing .
Bring your best attitude, some note-taking supplies such as a pen and notebook and make sure to eat a meal before attending.
