GUSTOS RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Letter from the CEO

Attention: To all our customers, clients, suppliers, and friends.

The safety, wellbeing and health of our community and our incredible work team is our first priority in the wake of the global challenges we face. That is why we want to share with you the safety measures that we have adopted.

Gustos will stay tuned to all the information and recommendations from experts such as the  World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Center for Diseases Control (CDC) among others. Likewise, we are in compliance with Executive Order No. 2020-023 issued by the governor of Puerto Rico Wanda Vázquez to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Ongoing Safety Measures

We maintain a strict policy of monitoring the health of our employees, hand washing, use of gloves and / or masks as required, as well as cleaning and sanitation of the product handling area, offices and common areas. We have limited the number of employees by department and have indefinitely suspended all visits to our warehouse and offices with the exception of essential business services.

Our coffee shops are closed to the public, with hopes of reopening on Tuesday, March 31.

Online Store

Our Online Store is open and ready to ship out fresh roasted coffee as our limited warehouse team continues to work safely and efficiently to quickly fulfill all your orders.

You can trust that all of us here at Gustos Coffee Co. are committed to the safety and betterment of our community and we will remain vigilant and pro-active amidst the evolution of this new crisis.
